Xotak [1] filed an orphan request for theharvester-git [2]: Last week I tried to send an e-mail to the maintainer about a broken dependency, as pointed out by qdii on 2022-11-12. I also tested it on my side and the problem is still there, and I'll know how to fix it. As of today, I still have no answer from dkasak.
