qubidt [1] filed a request to merge ly-reloaded-git [2] into ly-git [3]: Per the project page, and the commit histories of the two projects, ly-reloaded has been merged into ly, and no development has continued past that point. Given that, this package is no longer functionally distinct from the original, other than being out-of-date.
