yochananmarqos [1] filed a deletion request for rpkdev [2]: No idea what tssofware thinks they're doing, but none of their PKGBUILDs are proper nor do they work.
Comment here: "This package is broken (missing library), and quite obviously hasn't been tested. There's no declared license, no source code, no upstream URL, and doesn't apparently exist anywhere but here."
