MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-langid [2]: Package calls for Python 3 dependency but source code is incompatible, needs Python 2.
The project's last release was in 2016 [a], and got discontinued in 2017.[b] There is a Python 3 compatible fork on PyPI, called py3langid. [c] It's better to delete this package. Its only dependent on AUR also needs the Python 3 fork, not this one.
