a821 [1] filed a deletion request for php-apache25 [2]: Orphan. 1 vote. Last updated in 2016. This package requires apache 2.5 [0] which is nowhere to be found in the AUR (thus cannot be built), and provides an old version of PHP. I doubt this package is needed.
