MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for mingw-w64-physfs-hg [2]: Orphaned VCS package. Obsolete because upstream project stopped using Mercurial (hg) repo and migrated the source to GitHub.
Package last updated in 2017. There is a non-VCS mingw-w64-physfs on AUR. If someone needs a VCS package, they can adapt the PKGBUILD of the latter to use the latest GitHub git commit, and create a new mingw-w64-physfs-git package. There are no votes, and apart from my Mercurial shutdown comment last year, there is only one comment , and it's from 2016. So I conclude it's safe to delete this abandoned and unneeded package.
