MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for openblas-cblas-git [2]: Unmaintained VCS package since at least a year ago.
But also naming is now obsolete, with [extra] repo's new blas-openblas package which provides a superset of this package. I recommend deleting this package, and if someone wants a git package, they should reuse the repo package's PKGBUILD and adapt from that.
