MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for rdiffweb [2]: Orphan, unmaintained since 2017. Broken, still based on Python 2, missing several dependencies.
It is not useful to keep. The current version supports Python 3 and is very easy to install from PyPI.org. I've left a comment a year ago about the new Py3 verison, but no one replied.
