Even though upstream hasn't provided this prebuilt binary for 2 years, it's best to leave the decision on the fate of this to package owner and Arch developer @dbermond. As the legacy Intel Media SDK is sunsetted upstream, it remains to be seen if this full bundle binary package makes sense to revive by someone setting up a build pipeline for the latest stable version.
