MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for systemd-noop [2]: Dummy package to blank out systemd. Many TU's mentioned that these types of packages are not allowed on AUR.
It's easy to locally create such a package if someone wants it. But especially in this case, when it comes to systemd, Arch Linux is a distro that relies on it, not just via configuration but also with binary linking. So it doesn't make sense to have a package on Arch User Repository to annul systemd. Arch is not Gentoo that has a systemd-less variant.
