MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-libdrm-minimal-git [2]: Abandoned variant VCS build from 2021 by MIA maintainer (@shoober420).
The name 'minimal' is ambiguous. Compared to repo's lib32-libdrm package, it disables intel and nouveau driver support. But there is not much benefit from this, since leaving those enabled doesn't make this library have more dependencies, it will just result in two more SO files being built and included in the package.
