MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for demon-terminal [2]: Minimal terminal, broken packaging. A C++ wrapper around qtermwidget. Does not declare the latter as depends.
There's also no Makefile et al. PKGBUILD directly executes g++ with hardcoded build parameters. (Inside the package() function!) 10-commit development during one week in March 2022.
