MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for libgweather2 [2]: This Gtk2-based GNOME libgweather (libgweather-2) has been discontinued since 2011.
Arch repo updated to the Gtk3-based libgweather-3 in 2011, still under the original "libgweather" name. This package should never have provided "libgweather" since 2011, because from then on it always meant the Gtk3-based libgweather-3. Consequently, all packages on AUR that seem to be able to depend on this package require libgweather-3 instead. Nothing actually depends on this one. So it is better to delete it.
