MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for gnome-control-center-338 [2]: Unneeded leftover package; last updated in Dec 2021.
No one uses it. Evidence: it is broken, as its transitive (via gnome-settings- daemon-338) but mandatory dependency, libgweather (meaning libgweather-3.so) has been dropped from repo since Oct 2022 [a], without it being uploaded to AUR. There are no comments whatsoever on this package, nor on any other '-338' packages. So it's better to delete it, and safe to do so.
