MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for gnome-tweaks-338 [2]: Unneeded leftover package; last updated in Dec 2021.
No one has been using it for at least the last 9 months. Evidence: its dependency, gnome-settings-daemon-338 requires libgweather (meaning libgweather-3.so), which has been dropped from repo since Oct 2022 [a], without it being uploaded to AUR. There are no comments whatsoever on this package, nor on any other '-338' packages from same author, and none of them have been updated after the beginning of 2022. So it's better to delete this, and safe to do so.
