MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-sdl2-git [2]: Broken, orphan VCS pkg from 2021 (made by @shoober420).
Upstream now defaults to sdl3 development branch, so in its current state this package is wrong, misleading. But there has been many problems even earlier. There are three user comments in the last two years, all about breaking issues. But as no one has stepped up to maintain this package, I think it is time to sunset it. Even if fixed, there wouldn't be much benefit: upstream will focus on SDL3, so updates to SDL2 will be rare. Multilib repo still carries the latest stable version.
