MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for gsettings-desktop-schemas- oldstable [2]:
Orphan package. Unmaintained and unused - proof: Its dependent, gnome-settings-daemon-oldstable is broken since Oct 2022, when libgweather (meaning libgweather3.so) was deleted from repo [a], without it being uploaded to AUR. But no one noticed at all. Also, the name designation doesn't make too much sense - what is "oldstable", and according to whom? It also fails to correspond to Debian oldstable, which is on an even earlier, single-digit main version of gnome desktop components. So it's better to delete this defunct, unused and misleadingly named package.
