MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for libsoxr-git [2]: I think it is not useful to keep this VCS package.
Development discontinued since 2018, and the latest commit on the master branch is exactly the same as the last v0.1.3 release from 2018. [a] That version is available from repo's stable libsoxr package. Also this was last changed in 2015, and is now out of sync with how repo builds it: the stable package is configured using Ninja, whereas this is not.
