Package got disowned recently, as former maintainer said this never worked for them. It has also been broken since Oct 2022, because at that time libgweather (meaning libgweather3.so) was deleted from repo [a], without it being uploaded to AUR. As per former owner and upstream issue, weather data cannot be accessed outside the US when this is not built and run on ElementaryOS. So I recommend deletion.
