MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for vocp-git [2]: Development stopped since 2016 [a], no need to keep this VCS package.
AUR still has a stable package from same maintainer: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/vocp The latter is almost the same as the VCS one, lacking just two small commits, which can be easily added there as patches.
