MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-wokkel [2]: Wokkel was an experimental Jabber/XMPP chat protocol addon to Python- Twisted and the project's aim was to upstream the code to the main Twisted code.
Twisted already supports Jabber/XMPP without Wokkel. Wokkel has been discontinued since 2018 [a], its website is gone [b], along with its documentation. [c] The Twisted-Jabber mailing list where supposedly the Wokkel development is discussed is dead since 2017. [d] So I recommend deleting this defunct package which has no dependents and is not useful anymore.
