MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-imath [2]:

This is an add-on library to lib32-openexr, which is now an orphan,
and nothing depends on that.

And the OpenEXR high-dynamic-range photography format is too new for
any legacy, closed-source bin32-only application to use it.

So I don't think there is any benefit in keeping this around.

Submitted lib32-openexr for deletion as well (PRQ#45771).
