MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for ros-melodic-opencv3-native [2]: Orphan from 2020, "# Fake package to convince ROS to use the native opencv3 package."
But it does not depend on opencv3, and it is actually an empty package, not a shim. Nothing depends on it, and ROS Melodic is EOL. None of its packages from AUR get built anymore by the project.
