MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for bind-rl [2]: Outdated orphan variant from 2022-01 of repo's bind package.
While it is true that this build has a small addition, I don't think it is useful to keep, as it is very outdated. And no one even flagged it. It has only 1 vote and 3 comments, from 2018.
