MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for xmlrpc-c-svn [2]: Unmaintained orphan VCS package from 2015.
With a name that doesn't align with repo's package for the same project's stable release: libxmlrpc is carried by [extra]. The latter also provides the 'xmlrpc-c' name, just like this package. So all AUR consumers of that can and do use the repo package. Meanwhile, this one has packaging issues that have not been addressed for years. I recommend deletion, as it's not useful to keep like this. A new VCS pkg can be easily created using repo's PKGBUILD as a template, and with a more fitting name, like 'libxmlrpc-svn'.
