MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for gnuradio-scopy-git [2]: Unneeded package from 2021 for gnuradio 3.8.
Scopy now interfaces directly with gnuradio, and requires v3.10 of the latter. So this package is defunct. Its current consumer, scopy-git is unbuildable because its upstream requires gnuradio 3.10 (notified maintainer). Safe to delete this package.
