MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for star-meta [2]: This declares itself as a meta-package, but in fact it is created to circumvent pacman and force-install 70 or so Raku modules to the system, to Raku's vendor directory, from an online repository.
It does so via a post-install script in the package, therefore it will install those modules as root and pacman won't be able to do anything about it, nor will it remove them if the user removes this package.
