Its packaging is also broken: repo's Qt Creator 11 has its development source files in qtcreator-devel, but this still depends on qtcreator- src, for which there is only an abandoned Qt Creator 8 based package. Whereas as a runtime dependency, this declares repo's qtcteator, so even if built, this plugin won't work with that. I recommend deletion, as this provided at best a convenience feature mainly for people used to GNOME's menu icon based controls.
