MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for mapslicer-git [2]: Broken, deprecated package.
Upstream discontinued since 2016, [a] was developed against the very old GDAL 1.6 (current repo version is 3.7). Also it is based on Python2 and wxgtk2 2.8 - the latter is broken now, all variants of it on AUR fail to build with some cryptic error which so far several knowledgeable maintainers were not able to track down.
