MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for rq-git [2]: Upstream was only actively maintained until 2016. [a] Then there were a few minimal housekeeping commits in 2021, and the repo is now archived. [a]
So I recommend to delete this now-defunct VCS package. Also, extra/rq is a totally unrelated application, which is also developed in a Git repo, and whose upstream project is still alive. So it is better to free up this package name, to allow for the potential that someone might want to post a VCS PKGBUILD for that.
