MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for armv8l-linux-gnueabihf-gcc- stage2 [2]:
Orphan ARMv8 compiler toolchain package from 2017. For the 64-bit supporting ARMv8 platform, but for kernels running in 32-bit mode. I recommend deletion. It is not useful to keep as is. And only the few related toolchain packages depend on this, all of which are similarly old and abandoned.
