MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-enet [2]:

This lib32 library never seemed to have had any consumers on AUR.

Also it is completely unlikely that any bin32-only software would need
to use this. Enet is too new for that: v1.0 was created in 2006.
During that year, Microsoft was pushing all consumer and business PC
OEMs to ship x86_64 hardware, and they did so.
Arch repo first added the native-built enet, at version 1.2, in 2009.
