MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for recode-pybliographer [2]: Bogus, abandoned package from 2016.
Repo carries the current, active fork version of recode. This is not patched with any 'pybliographer patch', it just uses a commit from the original upstream repo's master branch from 2012.
