Please accept PRQ#46634 (beeper → beeper-latest-bin). Note that the
request was opened by the maintainer of `beeper`, comaintainer of
`beeper-latest-bin`.

Please dispose of merge request PRQ#45485 (beeper-latest-bin → beeper).

I am the maintainer of `beeper-latest-bin`. We coordinated to transition
from `beeper` to `beeper-latest-bin` because the old package broke on a
weekly basis. Upstream uses a fixed download link with no alternative or
redirect. The new package is auto-updating, installing the most recent
binaries (-latest-bin) and applying the correct version number. The new
package will not break as frequently as the old one, which is better for
users. Based on comment and flag activity on the new package, many users
have already successfully migrated. This merge request completes the
process.
