HLFH [1] filed a deletion request for dnscontrol-ovh-git [2]: I am the owner of this package. Fixes for the OVH provider have now been merged upstream. [`dnscontrol-bin`](https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/dnscontrol-bin) integrates these changes. `dnscontrol-ovh-git` no longer serves any purpose, therefore, it should be deleted.
