MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for linux-explain-bin [2]: This PKGBUILD puts the extracted tarball files directly inside the package without setting their ownership and access attributes properly.
It seems no one is using this apart from the submitter. This application and its library is also last released in 2014 and seems not maintained anymore.
