MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for systemd-ssh-agent [2]:

This package is obsolete and defunct since [core]/openssh version
9.4p1-3 (2023-09-05).

Because this creates a systemd service that depends on openssh
(undeclared, was never declared in PKGBUILD), but also conflicts with
openssh (now declared in PKGBUILD).

openssh provides the /usr/bin/ssh-agent executable that the systemd
service file here wants to execute. Now this package makes no sense
and cannot fulfill its former purpose.

Earlier, Arch Wiki's 'SSH Keys' article recommended this package, but
now openssh itself contains a systemd user service unit file with the
same name as this package does.

The Wiki article has been updated accordingly, and now it recommends
the usage of the systemd service included in openssh pkg, and outlines
the way to configure it.
