nordic_ble display filter has been integrated into wireshark: https://www.wireshark.org/docs/dfref/n/nordic_ble.html As a further confirmation, if you do try to install this plugin, then the error you get is that can't register two protocols with same name ('nordic_ble'). Also, wireshark-common dep no longer exists, but that's not the main issue here.
