MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for openvpn-dco [2]: This has become the duplicate of repo's openvpn since Mar 09, 2023 (2.6.1-1).
Because starting with that release, upstream enables the dco feature by default in configure, and repo's PKGBUILD does not disable it. When this is enabled during build, it creates a runtime link-level dependency on libnl-genl-3.so, provided by the libnl package.
