Unused for the last year at least. Proof: - A commenter indicated in 2022-08 that its 'libappindicator- gtk3-ubuntu' dependency is missing. - In Oct 2022, libgweather (meaning libgweather3.so) was deleted from repo. [a] That is a transitive but mandatory dependency (gnome- settings-daemon-ubuntu requires it). As no one pushed for a fix or stepped up to maintain it during this past year, I recommend deletion.
