evgfilim1 [1] filed a deletion request for python-aiogram3 [2]: This package was meant to provide aiogram v3 alpha/beta/rc while v2 was stable. Now v3 reached its stable state and this package will be effectively the same as python-aiogram in extra repo after updating, so the package is no longer needed (unless, theoretically, v4 will be released some day and will reach its stable state and v3 will be needed only as legacy version, but I'm unsure about this).
