MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-numpy-openblas [2]: Unmaintained, unused package.
Now extra repo carries the full openblas-lapack suite in the form of the 'blas-openblas' package, and repo's python-numpy optdepends on that. This AUR package was useful earlier, because the full openblas-lapack was only available from AUR before June 14, 2023. Now it is not the case; users who want to use the optimized OpenBLAS with NumPy are fully served by the repo packages.
