MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for ocropy-git [2]: This Python 2 tool is defunct, broken, not developed in the last 3 years.
Its 2008 release was the last version supported by ocrodjvu, which on AUR still defines this pkg as a dependency. But the latter now has a new maintainer in a continuation fork, who ported that to Python 3 and dropped the optdepend on the unusable and unsupported ocropy. ocrodjvu supports several other OCR engines.
