MarsSeed [1] filed a request to merge stack-static [2] into stack-bin
[3]:

Eliminating duplication, and initiating that only the correctly named
and configured package is kept.

'stack-static' uses foreign-built release tarballs, so pkgname has to
have a '-bin' suffix.

Also 'stack-static' doesn't set file permissions properly, because it
uses mkdir and cp inside the package() function instead of utilizing
the install command.
It also has an incorrect replaces array.

Both are up-to-date, but 'stack-bin' also has the rule-conforming name
and is packaged well.

Both provide 'stack', so AUR packages that depend on that can use
stack-bin without any issue.
