MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for drush-scaffolding [2]: This module for drush has not been updated since 2014 and is now EOL.
Also, Drush as a system-installable package is defunct since years (see deletion request PRQ#49518 for 'drush', and the pinned comment from 2019 on its AUR page [a]).
