MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for blender-2.83-git [2]: Blender 2.83 EOL since Q2 2022, 2.83 branch doesn't exist anymore, and even original upstream Git repo server has been decommissioned in favor of migrating to GitHub (where, again there is no more 'blender-v2.83-release' branch).
