MarsSeed [1] filed a request to merge vulkan-intel-git [2] into mesa- git [3]:
The vulkan-intel driver is part of Mesa since 2016. This AUR merge should have happened already at that time. AUR/vulkan-intel-git was barely maintained since 2016, and not tested at all during all these years by former maintainer. AUR/mesa-git already provides the vulkan-intel driver, just not in the form of a split package, because AUR/vulkan-intel-git was preventing that split.
