MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for rpgvxace-rtp [2]: Unneeded RPG Maker common multimedia assets and runtime .dll's package from 2011. Nothing depends on it on AUR.
Source is hosted on an insecure third-party server with expired TLS certificate, therefore curl refuses to download it. Not needed to keep this package on AUR as is. Also, this was only intended to allow reducing the game distribution file size, by omitting these common resources and downloading them once from RPG Maker's official site. But nowadays bandwidth is not a problem. If a game still happens to need these resources, it will link to official upstream site, from where they can be acquired, and it is safer to get it from there and install them only inside the HOME dir, not into the system.
