MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for networkmanager-fortisslvpn-
git [2]:

Defunct VCS package. Upstream only receives automated CI housekeeping
commits, but not feature commits, for the last 2+ year. [a]

It depends on the unofficial openfortivpn client library for
Fortinet's VPN, unsupported by the Fortinet company. It has seen a
wide variety of breakages, especially for the past 6+ months. [b] The
openfortivpn devs are fighting an uphill battle, and seem to be on the
losing side.

Fortinet itself is phasing out its independent VPN offering, and
instead focuses on its other, integrated cloud and on-premises
management, security and teleworking solutions. They still offer their
own Linux VPN client for legacy customers [c], which seems to be
users' only remaining viable option as of now. Though Fortinet no
longer provides any support whatsoever for these users, and instead
promotes its upmarket products.
