I have retested this The release archive can in fact be downloaded by the PKGBUILD, but the application itself, released in 2016, is broken due to missing lots of old SO version libraries including OpenSSL, libidn, libjpeg, libkrb5, gstreamer0.10, gssapi, libsoup, etc.
